Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely in love with your vibrant FARM Rio pieces, so we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of your delivery date. Items must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all tags still attached to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Start Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label and download the return packing slip to include inside your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, attach the prepaid label to the outside, and drop it off at any authorized shipping carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
